Insurance Plans

Insurance coverage can be difficult for most people to fully understand, as they have such a wide variance in the coverage they provide, depending on your plan. This is where we come in! We will gladly call your insurance(s) to verify coverage and obtain authorization for services.

Dr. Wehner is contracted as a Preferred Provider for most plans for the following companies:

• EyeMed
• LifeWise
• Medical Eye Services of Oregon (MESO)
• ODS Health Plans
• Regence BlueCross BlueShield
• Vision Services Plan (VSP)

If you do not see your Insurance plan listed above, please call our office. We will advise you whether or not our office is able to bill your insurance.

Private Pay

Payment for professional services is due when rendered. Glasses, contact lenses, and other products require a 50% deposit or more to begin processing. We accept personal checks (Oregon State only), Visa, Master Card, and debit cards. No out of state or third party checks.
