Dr. Paul M. Wehner – "Dr. Paul"

Dr. Paul M. Wehner was born and raised in North Dakota, and shortly after graduating with honors, moved to Forest Grove, Oregon to pursue his professional education at Pacific University.

Dr. Wehner earned his Bachelor of Science degree in visual science in 1997, and achieved his Doctor of Optometry degree with distinction from Pacific University in 1999. He was awarded membership into BSK, the International Optometric Honor Society, for accomplishing four consecutive years with academic honors.

After working in various practices, including a partnership, Dr. Wehner decided to open his own practice. His philosophy is to steer clear of the cookie-cutter approach and offer personalized and superb quality care.

Dr. Wehner and his wife Michelle currently reside in Portland Oregon, where they enjoy golf and hosting gatherings with family and friends.

Chris – Board Certified Optician (ABO)

With 16 years in the optical industry, Chris originally started working as a lab technician in 1992. Not only is he a wiz on the technical side of lenses and frames, he also knows how to manufacture eyewear. If you are in need of repairs, Chris is the guy to go to!

With his many years of experience, Chris can also help you select the best frame for your eyewear needs. In 1999, Chris became a board certified optician (ABO) and is currently working on obtaining his contact lens certification (NCLE). When not at work, Chris enjoys toiling on his farm and spending time with family.

In addition to product selection and dispensing, our optical staff is responsible for placement of orders, checking jobs for accuracy, the final dispensing to patients and all repairs and adjustments that may be needed.

Michelle – Office Manager

Born and raised in British Columbia, Canada, Michelle moved to Portland in 2004. She is the newest addition to our "family", and brings with her 14 years of office experience and management skills. Michelle handles the day-to-day duties of office management, and works mostly "behind the scenes". Please give her a smile if you see her!
